Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations/Business

Skills:

Highly onversant in manufacturing ERP systems and driving business decisions based on data available.
Manage an ISO/TS certified manufacturing operation.
At least 5 years successful P&L experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills in the area of operations, team building, safety, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and building shareholder value.

Duties:

Functional responsibility for quality, production, sales, toolroom, maintenance, purchasing, and shipping & receiving departments.
Facilitation of cost reduction activities.
Works closely with sales team to insure customer needs are met and clearly communicated to entire organization.
Meets regularly with all employees to update on status of business.
