Morgal's highly skilled toolmakers are supported with up-to-date equipment in order to produce complex, precision tools for the stamping operations.
Skilled toolmakers are one of the keys to Morgal's success. These skills are utilized in the entire build process:

Capital investments over the past several years have developed Morgal's 19,000 sq ft toolroom into a full service and support operation for the McGregor Metalworking Companies.
Recent acquisitions include:
- 2 Submersible Wire EDM machines
- 24" Thompson surface grinder
- Clausing Kondia FV-1 CNC milling machine
- Hansvedt conventional EDM machine
- Chevelier CNC 2040 vertical machining center
- 20" Chevelier hydraulic surface grinder
These equipment acquisitions, along with the recent addition of several new toolmakers, represents the commitment Morgal has to continuous improvement of their tooling expertise, along with the improved reaction time to customer design changes as well as pressroom needs.
