Morgal Machine Tool Co. recently purchased its fourth splitting machine in order to expand capacity for split steel pulleys. This latest machine allows Morgal to produce Poly "V" style pulleys along with the vast array of standard "V" belt pulleys currently produced. This new machine gives Morgal a competitive advantage by: reducing cycle times, attaining closer tolerances in true running on circumference and end faces (radial and axial), and the CNC control features allow greater flexibility and shorter set-up times.
